We’re a small but mighty team, and we’re looking for a passionate social media enthusiast to join us remotely!Job Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to help manage social media channels, create engaging content, and support our clients’ online presence. This is a part-time, fully remote role for someone who is self-motivated, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in social media management. If you have a passion for storytelling and social media strategy, this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and post content across multiple social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.) to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Assist in developing content calendars and executing social media strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
Monitor and engage with client communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and budget tracking.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign concepts that align with client goals.
Requirements:
1-2 years of social media management or content creation experience which may also include internships and/or freelance experience
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Social Pilot) and basic analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite).
Basic design skills and experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Experience with paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus but not required.
Passion for helping brands build authentic, meaningful connections with their communities.
