Inquiry
The first step is to submit an inquiry form letting us know more about you, your business or organization, and your needs.

Discovery Call
Once we have received your inquiry form, we will contact you via email to schedule a Discovery Call.
The Discovery Call is about 15 minutes and allows us to get to know you more, ask questions, and determine if we are good fit.

Proposal & Contract
If it is determined that we are a good fit, we will prepare a proposal based on the Discovery Call and send it to you via email. Proposals are valid for five (5) business days and can be adjusted as needed.
When you accept the proposal, we will then send you an electronic contract outlining the scope of work, length of the contract, compensation schedule, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, and other important information.

Client Onboarding
Now that your contract is signed, we will send you a Client Onboarding Form to learn even more about your business, organization, or brand.
Our Client Onboarding Form allows us to collect all of the information that we may need upfront. It’s important that you provide as much information as possible in the Client Onboarding Form.

Strategy Meeting
This is where the fun really begins!
Once we have received your Client Onboarding Form, we will review all of the information you provided and put together a plan and strategy to help you reach your goals. Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for us to review your information and create your plan.
When your plan is ready, we will send you an email to schedule your Strategy Meeting. The Strategy Meeting typically lasts about an hour and is usually held virtually. During this meeting, we will go over your plan, answer any questions you may have, make any adjustments, and prepare for the next steps.
